Technical Recruiter:

ISG is seeking a qualified Technical Recruiter for an immediate opening in Glen Ellyn, IL. This is a key position on our team that supports our corporate objective of growing market penetration and customers. The Account Executive will generate revenue by calling into mid-size and Fortune 500 companies, generating leads and meetings that you will attend and manage to close. Responsibilities:

  • Perform full life cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interview prep, onboarding, and retention).
  • Recruit for mid to high-level technical roles in various industries, including Healthcare, Manufacturing and Telecomm.
  • Contact prospective candidates using available job boards, social media, ISG’s recruitment database, etc.  
  • Work with account managers to determine desired skillset/ attributes of the client’s ideal candidate.
  • Work with account coordinators to determine daily areas of need.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5 or more years of high-level, technical recruiting experience.
  • Experience with full life cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and retention).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Must be comfortable working in a small business environment.
  • Must have a positive, “can-do” attitude with the ability to communicate/ collaborate effectively with colleagues
